Recipe:

Coat chicken wings in a batter made of flour, pepper, and salt. Then dip the wings in egg whites, roll them in Breadcrumbs and deep fry till they turn golden brown (approx. 4 – 5 minutes). Toss the fried chicken wings in a mixture of sweet and chili sauce. That’s it you’re done!

#3: Seekh Kebabs

Recipe:

Mix together chicken and mutton mince with your hands. Add onion paste, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, pepper, amchur powder, ginger-garlic paste, cashew paste and cream. Add egg yolk and besan to bind the mixture together. Refrigerate the mixture for one hour. Then skewer the kebabs and roast or grill them till you get a brown texture. Serve hot.
